LAYOUT, DESIGN & ORDERING SERVICES
We have partnered with industry experts BURRA DESIGN to offer in-home (Sydney metro only) and online Planning Services for your cabinetry solutions.
As IKEA specialists, the Burra Design team know exactly how to transform your flatpack ideas into clean, functional cabinetry designs using IKEA’s planning software. With their "out of the box thinking" and extensive knowledge of IKEA products and their installation, they can help design:
- KITCHEN
- LAUNDRY/ MUDROOM
- WARDROBE
- STUDY
- MEDIA/ STORAGE SOLUTION
They can also help process your Customea order and provide remote support during the installation process with the installers that we have either recommended or who you may decide to engage with instead, as well as working with any other trades on site by answering any questions they may have.
From Design to Ordering to Installation, BURRA DESIGN will guide you through the renovation process without the usual stresses associated with doing so.

KITCHEN LAYOUT + FINISHES CONSULT
$500 (2 hours)

AVAILABLE MONDAYS & FRIDAYS ONLY (10am-4pm).
- 90-minute Kitchen Planning Session: to nail the layout & functionality of your space.
- 30-minute Design & Finishes Consult: to help with the right style & colour combinations for your dream kitchen.
What you will receive:
- A copy of your design document (IKEA Planner) that includes a floor plan, 3D elevation and 2D visuals for your kitchen design. We'll also share the link which you will need to finalise and purchase your IKEA items with the kitchen team at your nearest IKEA store.
- 3D Render of your kitchen Layout with your chosen Customea Profiles & Finishes applied. (Please allow 5 business days)
- Quote of all Customea items required for your plan.
KITCHEN LAYOUT
$300 (1.5 hours)
Need a Plan for your Kitchen? Start with this!
A 90-minute consultation in our Customea Showroom (Sydney only) or Online to lock in your Kitchen Floorplan.
AVAILABLE MONDAYS & FRIDAYS ONLY (10am-4pm).
Our designer will create your IKEA plan based on your measurements, working with you to ensure the best outcome in terms of functionality & layout for your space.
What you will receive:
- After the consultation, you will receive a copy of your design document (IKEA Planner) that includes a floor plan, 3D elevation and 2D visuals for your kitchen design. We’ll also share the link which you will need to finalise and purchase your IKEA items with the kitchen team at your nearest IKEA store. (This document will also serve as a visual reference for your installation with regards to the placement and orientation of all doors, drawers, handles etc.)
- Quote of all Customea items required for your plan.

FINISHES CONSULT
$150 (45 mins)

A 45-minute consultation in our Customea Showroom (Sydney only) or Online with our in-house Interior Designer.
AVAILABLE MONDAYS & FRIDAYS ONLY (10am-4pm).
Our designer will review your Plans to help with selecting the design and colour combinations best suited to the space, making recommendations to improve the functionality and design, where necessary.
