Customea will not sell your personal information or contact details onto any other parties. However, if you have purchased from us, and entered your email address, we may email you our newsletter or offers from time to time. If you do not wish to receive these, please let us know and we will remove your details from our mailing list. Additionally Customea may use, in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. 

Customea does not store or handle any banking or credit card numbers on our site or other banking details that are provided by You to the payment provider.

In certain circumstances, Customea may be required to disclose information in good faith, such as in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or third parties.
