Common BESTA questions.
Will the doors fit my existing BESTA? +
Yes — our doors and drawer fronts are made to IKEA's BESTA measurements, with hinge holes pre-drilled for easy installation.
Do you make BESTA tops and side panels? +
Yes. Tops cover the carcass and attach with double-sided tape; side panels finish exposed cabinet sides and screw on from inside. For a streamlined look we suggest using both.
How long can a BESTA top be? +
Our maximum top length is 240cm for most finishes. Only the painted finish is available at 244cm max (to allow for a 240cm unit + 2 side panels).
If you have multiple BESTA units in one run, you'll need multiple tops to cover the total length.
What about installation? +
Doors come pre-drilled to fit IKEA's standard hinges, so DIY install is straightforward. If you'd rather not, see our installer page for referals.
What's the lead time? +
Currently 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, shipped Australia-wide.
