How long does delivery take?+

Ready to ship samples usually leave within one to two business days. Made to order samples are built with the same process as your doors, so allow the lead time shown on the card.

How does the sample credit work?+

The value of your finish samples comes back as a single-use discount code, emailed to you automatically after payment. It is valid for 12 months on orders of $1,000 or more, and does not apply to Full Size Profile Samples.

Can I get a sample in a custom Dulux colour?+

Yes. Order the Full Size Profile Sample (Colour) and give us the colour code and name — any Dulux, Taubmans or Porters colour. It is sprayed to order, so allow 4 weeks.

Do samples show the profile shape?+

Only the Full Size Profile Samples do. The 80 × 160 mm finish sample is for colour and texture; the 400 × 200 mm drawer front shows profile, edge and scale.

What is the difference between the two sample types?+

A Full Size Profile Sample is a real 400 × 200 mm drawer front, made the way your order is made, for judging profile shape, edge and scale, from $30–$100, and it is not credited back. A Finish Sample is an 80 × 160 mm colour sample in the real material, from $5–$10, and its value is credited back.

Can I order several samples at once?+

Yes, and we recommend it. Comparing two or three finishes side by side in your own light is far more useful than judging one on its own.

When do I get my code?+

It is emailed to you automatically as soon as your sample order is paid. One use, valid for 12 months, on orders of $1,000 or more.
